With Christmas in only a few short weeks, you’ll have to wait to the first month of 2017 to get these new Funko Reaction E.T. figures. This will be the second set of items Funko will be releasing for the movie, the first being the E.T. POP figures of E.T., Elliot, & Gertie.
Exclusives are of course here & there is a limited bunch made, so get ready to collect these.
The coolest Dr. Strange figure in the entire world is set to be released in 2017. While highly priced, the figure is EXTREMELY detailed with the likeness of Benedict Cumberbatch to include facial features, wrinkles & even skin texture. It has 30 points of articulation & comes with the following
One set of fists, One set of open hands, One set of clenching hands, One set of mystic power-using hands, One set of finger pointing hands
Hand-painted head sculpt
One woven red Cloak of Levitation with embroidery & magnetic clip on design
One blue & navy tunic, multi-layered
One brown-colored cummerbund
One pair of black & blue colored boots
One miniature Book of Cagliostro
Two Eyes of Agamotto (one open & one closed)
Two orange colored mandalas of light
Three green colored mandalas of light in three different sizes
Special stand with the Dr. Strange movie logo, golden nameplate, & character backdrop
I’ll be honest, trying to find a great title for this blog was tough. But these new Funko Pop Bill & Ted figures are pretty cool. I only hope they one day make one of George Carlin’s Rufus (seems like a no brainer) or perhaps one of them in the Phone Booth, but I also hope they make one of Death from Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey.
Now all we need are Tiny Toons
First the Pop, I really like how Jen looks, the Skeksis & Mystics not so much
The Reaction. These I really like. Jen looks great, so too does Kira & Fizzgig (who reminds me of my puppy). The Skeksis look excellent, the Mystic much better than the Pop version, while Aughra looks very well done in both Pop & Reaction. I think my favorite though is the Jen with the Landstrider. These are really great looking toys, something that looks like they would’ve come out of the 1980’s.
